Please go through these terms and conditions carefully as these constitute a legal agreement between www.mystudyworld.in (“Website” or “Site”) and you. You must be of legal age (18 years or above) to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the terms. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use any of our services/products. By putting a check mark next to “I AGREE” and clicking on SUBMIT on creating/registration of your account or using the services, you represent that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This document/agreement is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, that provides for the due diligence to be exercised by the Site.

My Study World Services is bound by regulatory norms of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department Of Telecommunication of the Govt. of India (DOT) and other authorities. Certain features may be removed depending on what the law of land dictates without prior notice.

The Site is owned by My Study World Services Private Limited (My Study World) and by accessing and using it you are indicating that you accept, and agree to comply with, these Terms. The terms “you” and “your” for purposes of these Terms, means both you in your individual capacity, and the company or other business entity whom you represent and on whose behalf you use the site under actual or apparent authority.

Changes to Terms: My Study World may add to, change or remove any part, term or condition of these Terms, and any Content, including, without limitation, product and service descriptions. By continuing to access and use the Site, you are indicating your acceptance of such changes.

Privacy: My Study World will only use any personal information that you provide in connection with your use of the Site and My Study World’s products and services in accordance with the terms of its privacy policy. You hereby agree that My Study World may use your personal information in accordance with the terms of the privacy policy.

Use of Site: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, My Study World hereby grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, and non-exclusive license to access the Site and use the Content, solely for your own personal internal business use, on the condition that such use is solely in accordance with the purposes for which My Study World makes the Site and Content available.

Prohibitions: You hereby represent and warrant that you will not, and will not induce any third party to attempt to disable or circumvent any security mechanisms used by the Site, use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper operation of the Site, breach any security measures, or use the Site in connection with any illegal purpose.

Indemnification: You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold each of My Study World and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and/or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or otherwise arising from your use or misuse of the Site or the services.

Proprietary Rights: You acknowledge and agree that My Study World and its licensors own all legal rights, title and interest in and to the Site and Content, including all intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Third Party Websites: The Site may provide links to third party websites (“Third Party Sites”). My Study World provides such links solely as a convenience to you. My Study World does not review, approve, endorse, or make any representations about such Third Party Sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and content are furnished to you “as is” and without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. My Study World does not represent or warrant that the site will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the site will be timely, uninterrupted, stable, or secure.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will any My Study World Party be liable to you, or any third party, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Electronic Communications: Whenever you visit the Site or send e-mails to My Study World, you are communicating with My Study World electronically. For that reason, you also consent to receive communications from My Study World electronically.

Cancellation of your account: If you wish to discontinue your account with My Study World, you can email us at info@mystudyworld.in or call us at 1800-313-5152. You will be required to make all outstanding payments within 15 days of account closure.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Courts located at New Delhi.

Miscellaneous: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any amendments, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and My Study World concerning the Products. If any provision is deemed invalid, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
